Carbon Offsets

Here you can find organizations who sell carbon offsets. These allow you to compensate for all or part of your carbon footprint. Examples include purchasing clean renewable energy credits, thereby saving green house gases associated with traditional energy production equivalent, to the amount of carbon produced from a recent plane trip you made, or financing the planting of trees that will replace all the greenhouse gases associated with your carbon footprint. There is a tool in our resources section that allows you to calculate your carbon footprint.
